There will always be someone to hold your hand and make you walk...

Ever had those days when leaving your bed feels like a major mission, and your body just decides to ache for no good reason?

Sometimes just leaving your bed, brushing your teeth, and having a meal becomes hard. You feel anxious and low for no obvious reason. Your body hurts, your heart races, and you just wish it would all go away.

The tricky part is explaining it to someone because sometimes, you do not even understand what you are feeling and sometimes there is a hesitancy to share, out of shame or fear of how they will react.

It becomes a silent struggle with emotions.

Sharing your feelings can be tough, but it is crucial. While you do not necessarily have to share with everyone, confiding in someone who understands, responds empathetically, and earns your trust is crucial. Whether it is your parents, a friend, a sibling, a colleague, a therapist, or even an anonymous confidant, finding the right person can make a significant difference.

There is always someone ready to listen and support you. A trusted person can encourage you to step outside, change your surroundings, and do something enjoyable. You are not alone in this; many people face similar struggles. Do not suffer in silence – reach out for the support that can make a real difference in how you feel.

“Remember, no matter how grown we are, sometimes all it takes is a gentle hand holding our pinky finger to guide us across the challenging roads of life.”

While it might seem like you can handle things on your own and prefer not to share, keeping your emotions hidden is not the answer. Opening is more than just seeking solutions; it is a way to release the weight on your shoulders and feel a sense of relief. No one can magically solve your problems, but sharing allows those thoughts to escape your mind.

When you are feeling low, your emotional brain takes over, making logical thinking a challenge. Sharing your feelings provides the time and space for your mind to regain its composure, enabling you to better tackle and find answers to your problems.

Emotional pain is a shared aspect of being human, a thread that binds us together rather than setting us apart. So, when facing those tough moments, remember that you are not isolated in your struggle, but rather you are part of a common experience that connects us all.

Always remember, There will always be someone to hold your hand and make you walk”
